Process To Purchase A Property From Me:

1  Review the website listing and evaluate the property in terms of affordability and our current economy.

2  Contact me to resolve any questions or concerns you may have.


3  Tour the property. Please contact me to schedule a visit.


4   Submit your offer in writing so we can negotiate terms.


5  Decide to purchase. Make a deposit to my attorney so there is a paper trail and preferably prepare a a purchase

     contract.

6  Set a closing date with both of our attorneys

7  Sit back and start collecting money on your investment as I have done for 35 years.  You'll be glad you did.



Conventional financing is fine, but I am also open to offers. In fact, I’m willing to sell a half interest in a combination of houses, remain on the deed and be responsible for the repairs.  How about that?  Or... lets say we agree on 4 properties... then  I would transfer the deeds for two of them to you.  These are just examples of the endless possibilities. I am very flexible, so please bring me your creative financing offers.
